Guidelines

To keep your W&R pieces lookin' good (like real good), we've laid out a few simple guidelines. Although you're probably gonna do these anyway, try to avoid doing the following:
1. Yes, our products are made from sterling silver. But, take them off before doing an earth-shattering cannon ball and taking those poor things for a swim.
2.Avoid showering or washing your hands with your jewelry on. Soap can be corrosive.
3.To avoid scratching or creating imperfections, do not grind your jewelry on hard surfaces. That said, grind your body on whatever you want.
4.Take your jewelry off before going to bed or participating in physical activity - perspiration can compromise the integrity of your jewelry
5.Lastly, do not let your jewelry come in contact with any harsh chemicals.
By adhering to these guidelines and treating your jewelry as a piece of art, it will retain its luster and structure.

Cleaning Your Jewelry

It is not uncommon for dirt, oils, and other materials to build up in the crevices of your piece; resulting in discolouration. In order to return your piece back to its original state, simply pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for getting those hard to reach places. In the event your sterling silver piece has become dull, we recommend procuring a silver polishing cloth. The cloth will not remove scratches but it will, however, make that baby glisten. Silver polishing clothes may be purchased from your local jewelry retailers or goldsmiths.

Storing Your Jewelry

We recommend storing your pieces in a protective jewelry box or tarnish-resistant pouch. Keep it away from natural sunlight and heat; those are two things that just make our jewelry angry. Storing your pieces in the washroom is also an ill-advised manoeuvre.
